Even though Woco's employees have their home all over the world nowadays, the heart of the company continues to beat in Bad Soden-Salmünster in the state of Hesse. The constant growth of the group and its worldwide presence made the concentration of key functions necessary. The company headquarters with Purchasing, Corporate Communications, Logistics, Finances and Controlling are housed in Bad Soden-Salmünster, where not only the training facilities, the department for tooling and the construction of jigs and fixtures as well as the CAD/CAM/CAE Department are located, but also the development and communication center of the Woco Group.

In Woco's development centers experts work on the development of functional components independent of material. State-of-the-art measuring and analytical techniques, specially developed basic and endurance test benches, simulation and calculation tools as well as modern techniques of prototype construction make it possible to provide customers with full-service support from functional to series development. Furthermore, the development centers in Bad Soden-Salmünster form the core of Woco's worldwide development network with additional centers in the USA, France, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Russia as well as local development offices in Wolfsburg, Paris and Wuxi (China). Other locations are in preparation. This ensures customer proximity for the developers.
