How secure are your data?
All of our employees with access to your data are legally obligated to data confidentiality pursuant to §5 BDSG. The systems are protected by password and only accessible by individuals especially authorized to do so. Additional agreements on data protection were concluded among the component companies of Woco Group to ensure that data protection is also observed when orders are transferred to other companies within the group. We monitor the observation of these agreements at regular intervals.
The transmission of your address data to our company is conducted unencrypted via e-mail.
What do we do with your data?
In the case of contact inquiries or event registrations, we send you the information you have requested. The more information you provide us about the details of your interests, the more specifically we can furnish you with the required information.
We store application documents that you send us in a job database.
In general, we do not transmit your person-specific data to third parties without your express permission. Should we need to do so in specific circumstances, we always seek your permission in advance.
The data that we store about you are deleted in regular intervals once they have served their commercial purposes.
