Molded parts used in the engine compartment (induction hoses, collars) are made of various materials depending on the media and temperature conditions, for example EPDM, lead-free ECO, AEM and ACM. Important item functions are the dynamic resilience to pressure and simultaneous tolerance balancing with the flexible collars. Woco offers development services (CAD, CAE, FEM, mold-flow) for designing these molded parts.
Flexible grommets which are applied on the wiring harness contribute to the sealing of cable segments with regard to the media impact (splash water) and the guiding through body section points.
Grommets are made of EPDM, TPE as well as EPDM-plastic or TPS-plastic composites. Woco offers development services (CAD, CAE, FEM, mold-flow) for designing these grommets as well as static and dynamic component testing.

Woco manufactures precision seals and gaskets out of a wide range of materials (NBR, FMVQ, LSR, HNBR, ECO, etc.) depending on the media and temperature conditions. For specific conditions, seals are produced as 2C variants in a combination or transformation process. Woco offers development services (CAD, CAE, FEM, mold-flow) for designing these precision seals and gaskets.
